I see what you mean. What I think is the value though is that what companies used to need programmers for (things that may be tedious) they can now democratizer and have less technical employees building solutions to smaller problems so that coders can focus on greater issues. I don't think it's going to change everything like a big bang, but I do think that it will allow coders to focus more where their skillsets thrive and that's a pretty awesome change.
